Return and Refund Policy

 

1. Money-Back Guarantee:

  • Unopened Items: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for unopened items.
  • Opened Items: You can return opened items within 30 days of purchase. We will evaluate the returned goods and issue a full or partial refund based on our assessment. A return label is provided, but we will deduct £4.00 in return label costs for the above returns.

 

2. Faulty Items:

  • Faulty items can be returned for a replacement or refund within the warranty period. A free return label is provided.

 

3. Warranty Replacement:

  • Default Action: If an item develops a fault, the default action is a warranty replacement.
  • Further Issues: If the replacement item also develops a fault, you can choose either another replacement or a refund. A free return label is provided.

 

4. Partial Refunds Based on Warranty Period:

  • If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we offer a partial refund based on the warranty period and the duration of use during this period.

 

5. International and Domestic Returns Policy:

  • For orders shipped within the United Kingdom and Ireland, we provide a prepaid return label to facilitate the return process.

  • For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom and Ireland, prepaid return labels are not available. Customers returning items from abroad are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties or import/export fees associated with the return.

  • All returned items must be securely packaged, preferably in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and any other components originally supplied. Items should be returned in the same condition as received to ensure prompt processing of the refund or replacement.

     

  • Please note that returns from outside the UK due to change of mind or compatibility issues are more complex than domestic returns. We’re unable to offer prepaid return labels for international orders, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

    International shipping is often costly and time-consuming, so we kindly ask customers to place an order only when they are confident that the product is compatible with their system and meets their needs.

Note:

In the UK, once a refund is processed, the time it takes to appear back on a customer’s card typically depends on the card issuer or bank. Here's the general guideline:

Debit cards: 3–5 working days

Credit cards: 3–7 working days

Some banks or card providers may take slightly longer (up to 10 working days in rare cases), especially if it's around weekends or bank holidays.

If the refund was processed via Shopify Payments, the funds are sent back to the original card through the card networks immediately—but it's then up to the bank when it appears on the customer’s balance.
