General Info
We ship to virtually any address worldwide — with the exception of batteries to certain destinations. We're based in Northern Ireland, which means, thanks to Brexit, we remain in the UK and the EU Customs Union.
Orders placed before 4 p.m. are usually dispatched the same day. Orders after this time will ship the next working day.
UK & NI
We offer free economy delivery for all UK orders, including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man. No postcode exclusions.
Faster options are available at checkout based on your delivery address.
International
We offer free shipping to Ireland on orders over £100.00. Other international orders ship via FedEx by default.
- Ireland: 2 business days
- EU: 4–5 business days
- Rest of World: Varies by location. Please note, in case of return, we do not provide free return label for order originated from outside of the UK or EU.
- DHL Express upgrades are available at checkout.

Battery Shipping
Due to air transport restrictions, batteries cannot be shipped for free outside UK & Ireland. We only ship to approved countries using compliant couriers.

Delivery Expectations
Free shipping (Tracked 48) usually arrives in 2–3 business days. In rare cases (e.g. severe weather), delivery may take up to 5 business days.
We also offer:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – normally arrives next day, but not guaranteed. Cost: £1.90
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed – next working day, fully guaranteed. Starting from £8.50
