3.2 Additional charges for delivery are displayed on our website.

3.3 Payment methods accepted include credit card, debit card, and PayPal.

4. Right to Cancel

4.1 You have the right to cancel your contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

4.2 To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us via email: support@flexxmemory.co.uk.

 4.3 We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, excluding additional shipping upgrade costs.

5. Cancellation by Us

5.1 We reserve the right to cancel the contract if:

  • We have insufficient stock.
  • We do not deliver to your area.
  • The price was listed incorrectly due to an error.

5.2 We will notify you by email and refund any amounts within 30 days.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order.

6.2 Delivery will be made within 30 days of order acceptance.

6.3 You become the owner of the goods once payment is received and goods are delivered.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for unopened items.

7.2 Faulty items can be returned for a replacement or refund within the warranty period. 

7.3 Default Warranty Replacement

7.3.1 If an item develops a fault, the default action is a warranty replacement.

7.3.2 If the replacement item also develops a fault, the customer can choose either a replacement or a refund.

7.4 Partial Refunds Based on Warranty Period

7.4.1 If the customer refuses the default option of a replacement and prefers a refund, we offer a partial refund based on the warranty period and the duration of use during this period.

8. Liability

8.1 Notify us of any issues with your order within 10 working days.

8.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

15.1 These terms and conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and website details, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

17. Alternative Dispute Resolution

19. Distance Selling Regulations

19.1 Our terms and conditions comply with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
