Cancellation policy

 

1. Right to Cancel
1.1 You have the right to cancel your contract within 30 days without giving any reason. 
1.2 To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us via email: support@flexxmemory.co.uk. 
1.3 We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, excluding additional shipping upgrade costs.

2. Cancellation by Us
2.1 We reserve the right to cancel the contract if:
•    We have insufficient stock.
•    We do not deliver to your area.
•    The price was listed incorrectly due to an error. We will notify you by email and refund any amounts within 30 days.

3. International and Domestic Returns Policy

For orders shipped within the United Kingdom and Ireland, Flexx provides a prepaid return label to facilitate the return process.

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom and Ireland, prepaid return labels are not available. Customers returning items from abroad are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties or import/export fees associated with the return.

All returned items must be securely packaged, preferably in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and any other components originally supplied. Items should be returned in the same condition as received to ensure prompt processing of the refund or replacement.

Please note that returns from outside the UK due to change of mind or compatibility issues are more complex than domestic returns. We’re unable to offer prepaid return labels for international orders, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

International shipping is often costly and time-consuming, so we kindly ask customers to place an order only when they are confident that the product is compatible with their system and meets their needs.
