The Acasis TB501 Max is an 80Gbps M.2 NVMe SSD enclosure built for Thunderbolt 5, delivering up to 2x the bandwidth of Thunderbolt 4 or USB4. A dual-chip design with ASPM support keeps power draw and heat low, while a smart temperature-controlled fan and composite aluminium housing with EMI shielding keep transfers stable under sustained heavy workloads.

Drop in your own PCIe 5.0, 4.0, or 3.0 M.2 NVMe SSD (sold separately) using the tool-free hinged cover, and you're ready to go in seconds. An adjustable internal bracket and 2mm thermal pad keep the drive seated and cool, dissipating up to 6W of heat.

A dedicated PD port supports up to 60W of pass-through charging, so you can power your laptop while transferring data with zero SSD disconnections. PD power is recommended for continuous high-speed read/write, laptops with weak power delivery, or long heavy workloads; it isn't required for everyday office use or normal SSD access. A premium 80Gbps-rated Thunderbolt 5 cable is included in the box.
