Does an HDMI cable come included?
No, an HDMI cable is not included with Game Capture Neo, so you will need to supply your own to connect your console or PC to the device.
Can I capture in 4K, or only 1080p?
Passthrough to your screen supports up to 4K60 HDR, so you can keep playing at full native quality. Recording and capture, however, is limited to Full HD 1080p60.
Does it work with a Mac?
Yes. Game Capture Neo is plug-and-play on macOS as well as Windows, and it works with most third-party capture and streaming software on both platforms.
Can I use this with an iPad instead of a computer?
Yes, with a USB-C iPad and a third-party USB-C cable or adapter. Note that iPad only supports one audio source at a time, so capturing microphone and console audio together isn't currently possible on iPad.
Will it capture encrypted sources like a Blu-ray player or streaming box?
No. The HDMI input only accepts unencrypted sources such as consoles, handhelds, and PCs. HDCP-protected sources like Blu-ray players will not capture.
