I bought the General Servicing kit for
Apple 21.5-inch iMac (2012 and later models)-DIY Kit
Product SKU: OWCDIYIMAC212
Very quick delivery and the kit contained more than I needed to replace the HDD for an SSD.
Thank you Flexx.
Although not shown in the picture, the kit also includes the mini pizza wheel (and spare wheels) to cut the foam around the screen. I had bought one separately assuming it wasn't included. . Also if you're going to replace RAM you'll need a TX8 driver, not included. That meant a quick visit to Screwfix half through strip down. A jeweller's crosshead screwdriver is also handy but I guess most folk have that already - you can get by without it though.. Personally I'm not sure the sucker cups are necessary but others might find them useful. Having said all that if you're going to strip down for SSD replacement, the kit is fine. If you're going further for RAM get a long TX8 driver.. I haven't used the replacement sealing strips yet as I'm going to run the system for a few days to make certain all is well before sealing up but they look good. The main thing is the kit is fine and the performance after upgrade is quite incredible!
