Arrived in good time.
The packaging does not mention Lycom DT-130 at all. The box mention "Serial Technologies Expander" and there's no mention of DT-130. The PCB itself mentions "F130". So looks like a generic board.
Installed a Samsung 980Pro 2TB Nvme blade. and installed the board into an Apple MacPro 4,1/5.1 with the latest firmware.
Drive was recognised and formatted fine. Boots Monterey 12.6.3 fine (using OpenCore).
Speed tests give around 2700MB/s R/W as expected for PCIe x8 board. The Samsung drive is limited in performance by the PCIe-x8 interface of this board. I expected this before I bought the board.
Still, this is much better than using a simple PCIe-to-NVMe adapter which was limited to around 1400MB/s.
Later, I added a second NVMe and that too performed as expected
Very happy with the price-performance.
The card is excellent the speed on both nvme drive is as expected at there top speed or close to it.how ever i currently have a problem with z97-Gd65 gaming when i try to activate furmark the computer shuts down.at the moment i am not if it a compatabily problem of the DT-130 with all z97 motherboards or spesifice to my own motherboard i will now once i get z97 asus formula vii i orderded in a few weeks.
