Great product and fast delivery.
I purchased a kit of this RAM and had to return it due I wasn't able to find a workstation I was looking for, so instead of keeping it, decided to send it back for a full refund.
The current return policy says that "In order for us to give you a full refund the item needs to be returned to us in new, unaltered, and unused condition in its original packaging with all the bits and bobs it came with." which I did and was returned it as brand new, unopened item, but the seller charged me for the return postage even though I did pay for next day delivery when I originally purchased the RAM.
Quite disappointed with this rule, but if the seller will charge for the cost of the return even on unused and unopened brand-new items, then they should update this information on their site.
