Additional Note: If one pad is not thick enough to make contact with both M.2 SSD and your motherboard or adapter card, carefully attach both pads together, ensuring no air bubbles. The goal is to create enough thickness for solid contact to transfer heat from the M.2 SSD to the motherboard or adapter card.
