Built on the Broadcom BCM20702 chipset with Bluetooth 4.0 and BLE support, the adapter offers Enhanced Data Rate (EDR) up to 3 Mbps and broad backward compatibility with older Bluetooth versions. Note: macOS support is limited to macOS 13 and 14; this adapter is not compatible with macOS 15 or later, and it does not support Apple Magic Keyboard with Touch ID.
